The Myanmar Policy Institute (MPI) is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Myanmar’s policymakers, political actors, and civil society communities. MPI works across three core areas:
Coalition building for democratic deepening, connecting duty-bearers with civil society organizations;
Facilitating dialogue among regional and international donors, humanitarian actors, and local partners to strengthen community resilience; and
Stakeholder engagement and knowledge production through research and policy analysis that generate ideas, inform action, and shape policy discussions.
MPI is committed to advancing democratic deepening and inclusive governance in Myanmar. Through collaboration, critical dialogue, and evidence-based analysis, we serve as a catalyst for positive change—bringing together experts, civil society organizations, and other key stakeholders to challenge prevailing perspectives and develop practical solutions for Myanmar’s future.
